Hi, I would not recommend this dealer at this time. I took my truck in for its annual service. The service advisor was good. I had to have oil change, NYS inspection and Regular look everything over inspection with tire rotation. Also fix a slow air leak in drivers' side rear tire. After they completed everything, I asked the service advisor if everything looked good and wanted to make sure my tire was ok and tires rotated. He said everything was good. We have been with Toyota first Vanderstyne now West Herr for 10 years. Always treated fairly. Service department always informs you of what needs to be done. Very reliable.

Went to dealership to inquire what new or low mileage Highlanders were available. After salesperson Lorie performed a search, only 1 Highlander was available of what options I was looking for. It was scheduled to be built in 1 month, so I put a deposit on it. It was delivered approximately 1 month later. Lorie was pleasant to work with, as well with the Finance Manager and Customer Care Manager. Not sure if I received the best deal possible considering I wasn't planning on buying , but probably did OK

Worked with Sales Consultant, Tom Petrie for the second time and he is excellent..He is very personable and a pleasure to work with. West Herr needs to do a better job at getting vehicles available to see, test drive and choice of colors. It seems crazy that a dealership doesn’t have vehicles in their lot to sell. Tom was able to locate a vehicle but he should not have been put in that position of not having a vehicle to see. I’m not sure how dealerships can stay in business this way or have people move on ...

This was my first experience with Toyota and this dealership. I was very pleased. Tom Petrie provided exceptional service throughout the sales process. He gave thorough explanations and answered all of my many questions, before and after the sale. He is a pleasure to work with. Although I have not had any encounters with the service department as yet, hours are convenient. It's also nice to know that "drive-ins" are accepted.
