West Herr dealership told my son our Toyota Camry did not pass inspection because the emergency brake cable was frozen. There was nothing wrong with the cable. I took it for a test drive and engaged the parking brake. The rear wheels locked up and the car skidded to a stop. Every year we have the vehicle rustproofed which lubricates the brake cables. Clearly there was nothing wrong with the emergency brake system, although they wanted to charge $1,500 to fix the so called problem. I took the car to another repair center and the car passed inspection without issue. I will not be returning to this dealership for ANYTHING!

I got all pads put on front and back . That did it in 45 minutes! Amazing! They had extra guys because it was slow being winter time or just slow . I was told there was 3 guys working on my RAV 4 . I was still charged $340 for labor . . I understand that there is a rate for a brake job with one guy but they could give me a break on labor if there was 3 guys doing it . Thanks Mike Mahoney
